Notes:

1. All fees are payable on or before the first day of each term. The Bursar sends invoices to parents (via pupils) at the end of the previous term. All payments shall be made in pounds sterling (£), by cheque payable to "Upton House School", by credit transfer directly into the school's bank account. Details re given on the invoice.  Cash can only be accepted in exceptional circumstances. Interest is payable on late payment from the date the fees are due. Fees may be varied from time to time.
2. Alternatively fees may be paid by direct debit, using the Holmwoods Term-time Collections facility (details available from the Bursar). The School operates a "Composition Fee Scheme" whereby parents can pay over a lump sum in advance. Full details from the Bursar.
3. Other currencies, credit cards or eurocheques are not accepted. No method of payment other than those listed above is acceptable.
4. Bursaries may be available on a means tested basis for those unable to afford the full fee or in cases of sudden or unexpected hardship. Please request an application form at reception.
5. Registration fees are non-returnable, and may be varied from time to time.
6. Deposits are credited at the end of the pupil's final term at school against any fees or extras outstanding. Deposits are forfeit if a pupil does not take up a place that has already been accepted, or if the pupil is expelled. Deposits may be varied from time to time.
7. Parents' attention is drawn to the School's terms and conditions, detailed in the Parent Contract.
8. All enquiries and correspondence relating to fee matters should be addressed in the first instance to the Bursar at the School.
